  • Precision Electronic Auto Collimator

    TriAngle® - Trioptics GmbH

The new Electronic Autocollimator series of TRIOPTICS integrates a high resolution CCDsensor and is compatible with all TRIOPTICS objective tubes. The compatibility with objective tubes of different focal lengths leads to a variable measuring range and accuracy performance. In this way the TriAngle® series responds optimally to different customer requirements and can cover a large range of applications.

  • Prism Angle Measurement

    PrismMaster® - Trioptics GmbH

The PrismMaster® is widely recognized as the most accurate and most versatile line of equipment for measurement of prisms, polygons, wedges, windows and other plane optical components. Not only that the PrismMaster® equipment line establishes a new standard for accuracy and reliability but it also offers the industry's largest selection of instruments and accessories.

  • Radius Measurement

    Spherometers - Trioptics GmbH

Ultra-accurate measurement of radius of curvature. Our spherometers have become an industry standard for ultra-accurate radius measurement and calibration of test glasses. The long term accuracy and automated features make our spherometers the preferred instruments for laboratory and production environments.

  • Optical Test Instruments

    OptiSpheric® & Spherometer - Trioptics GmbH

TRIOPTICS' OptiSpheric® and Spherometer are the classic optical test systems for spherical lenses that can be found in virtually any optical manufacturing process. While the Spherometer is used for the tactile determination of lens radii, OptiSpheric® systems provide contactless measurement of effective focal length, back focal length, flange focal length, MTF on axis and the radius of lenses. Specific upgrades allow determining centration errors and angles on plane surfaces. Systems for testing IOLs in compliance with EN/ISO 11979 form a class of their own. OptiSpheric® IOL R&D is preferably used for measuring single lenses while OptiSpheric® IOL PRO 2 is designed for the fully automated IOL measurement in serial production.

  • MTF Measurement Station

ImageMaster PRO 10 - Trioptics GmbH

As a result of various improvements the ImageMaster® PRO 10 enables customers to significantally increase their yield. It is the fastest and most accurate MTF measurement system on the market for qualifying mobile phone lenses and other miniature lenses. Besides the new software architecture and functions, the more precise mechanical components lead to best performance in accuracy, reliability and measurement speed. Faster MTF algorithms reduce the test cycle time so that an outstanding throughput is achieved. The ImageMaster® PRO 10 features a 15% increased productivity compared to the ImageMaster® PRO 9.The new ImageMaster® PRO 10 also provides additional measurement functions. For example, measurements at different frequencies and RGB measurements can be performed to determine chromatic aberration. An upgrade of four additional cameras allows the measurement of relative illumination for testing the homogeneous illumination of lenses in the field.

  • Fully Automated Centration Testing of Aspheres

    AspheroCheck UP - Trioptics GmbH

Designed for production environments, the AspheroCheck UP is a measurement system that allows the testing of centration and tilt of aspheric surfaces. It stands out through the complete automation of the measurement process. Proven OptiCentric® measurement technology is integrated for a highly accurate centration testing. The automated positioning of the aspheric sample under test as well as of the non-contact sensor for the off-axis tilt measurement provide the key factors for a fast and precise test result.

  • Intraocular Lens Optical Test System

    OptiSpheric® IOL R&D - Trioptics GmbH

The OptiSpheric® IOL R&D is specially designed for the analysis of single intraocular lenses in research and development. With the OptiSpheric® IOL R&D, important parameters of all types of lenses (monofocal, multifocal, trifocal, toric, aspheric and those with extended depth of focus (EDOF) – whether diffractive, refractive or sectors) can be measured and tested in air or in situ in accordance with ISO 11979.
