HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH
Is a passive linear circuit that produces an output voltage (Vout) that is a fraction of its input voltage (Vin). Voltage division is the result of distributing the input voltage among the components of the divider. A simple example of a voltage divider is two resistors connected in series, with the input voltage applied across the resistor pair and the output voltage emerging from the connection between them.

HiRES -
HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH
The digital recorders HiRES are used to measure, store, and evaluate signals from up to 64 sources synchronously. Depending on the sensors used voltages, currents, temperatures, mechanical movements and various other signals can be measured. This measurement system features the ability to capture fast transient processes such as those occurring in impulse current tests on electrical devices or during switchgear testing. The system is also capable of measuring semistationary and periodic events such as DC voltage and AC voltage as well as superimposed semistationary, periodic and transient processes.

LiMOS -
HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH
The transformer loss measuring system LiMOS is designed for highly accurate measurement of losses and other parameters required in the framework of routine and type testing of power transformers. The combined voltage/current sensors and the digital signal processing enable a very compact design with only one HV device per phase with smallest volume and footprint. The digitized and preprocessed signals are transmitted via fiber optic cable to the receiver unit (LiMO-MCSU).

HICOS -
HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH
The HiCOS controller is a collection of modules for monitoring test systems and recording, creating, evaluating and evaluating measurement data. It is suitable for mobile and stationary test systems as well as measuring devices. The modular design of the HiCOS controller allows the expansion of functions. Existing test systems from other manufacturers can be upgraded with HiCOS.

Electrostatic precipitators are used for clean process and exhaust gases, for example, in the cement and building materials industry, in steel mills, in conventional power plants, and in waste incineration plants. The dust particles are discharged electrostatically charged by a spray electrode, deflected by a DC electric field and deposited on the electrode.

The TE measurement complements the high voltage test and is part of the routine and type testing of numerous electrical devices. It is one of the most important non-destructive methods for detecting faults in electrical installations. The breakdown of an insulating material usually occurs at an internal weak point, which usually already shows a partial discharge activity in advance. For this reason, measuring partial discharges can help prevent costly damage. The TE measurement is thus used for quality testing and diagnosis in the factory as well as during on-site testing of cables, GIS, power transformers and transducers or rotating machinery and their components

HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH
High current test systems are used to test the thermal stability of equipment and components. The test system induces a current in the test object causing it to heat up. Therefore, the test object is designed as a shorted circuit. The high current test system measures the temperature of the test object at various points, in addition to the current. As a special feature, the temperature that the test object should reach can be specified and the amount of the current can be automatically calculated by the HIGHVOLT test system.
