TRANSFORMER WINDING RESISTANCE METER This Test set is suitable to measure winding resistance of transformers, single or 3-phase, star or delta connected upto several MVA.Two independent displays read the resistance of both primary & secondary windings simultaneously. However, primary or secondary winding can also be measured separately.
