stratos - Stamper Tester based on IQPC

The stratos Photo Resist Thickness Measurement System is designed to measure the thickness and uniformity of a photo resist layer on different substrates, primarily glass masters. stratos measures ultra thin coatings and was developed specifically to support DVD, DVD±R(W), Blu-ray disc and other HD-DVD applications. The system can, of course, also evaluate masters for CD and CD-R(W) formats.
