special tilting systems PSH 2/1 LVDT
The one-dimensional tilting system PSH 2/1 LVDT was developed for applications which require an extremely high angular resolution. The high resolution piezoelectrical actuators achieve tilting angles of up to 2mrad. When operating these systems with a low noise level power supply from piezosystem jena, the tilting angles results in an extremely high resolution. The complete motion is checked by integrated LVDT sensor system.
