prPMC stands for processor PCI Mezzanine Card ? an industry standard for I/O and CPU modules. Based on the same mechanical design, as PMC the prPMC is a VITA and ANSI draft standard. It has well established conduction cooling capabilities and can be used as a master or slave controller in a PCI bus.
