XC-21 Overhead Line Fault Locator
The XC-21 Overhead Line Fault Locator operates on the traveling wave principle and provides an accuracy of ±500m. It can be applied to high voltage AC lines from 110-500Kv with the line length up to 600Km to precisely measure the fault location. It can also be used on high voltage DC lines. And it has been successfully installed on the HVDC transmission lines between Shanghai and Gezhouba in China.
