VoIP Quality Reporter
Empowers broadband service providers to measure VoIP call quality in real-time on a per-call basis. VQR can be cost effectively deployed either in a dedicated placement for VoIP call quality measurement, or as an add-on functionality to Ellacoya switches deployed for IP service control. The service provider can access call quality data directly from Ellacoya e30 Platform via the SNMP MIB, and Ellacoya’s Reporting Server provides a historical view of calls for troubleshooting and analyzing network trends.
