Victoria Jitter/Wander is a handheld tester for detailed analysis and correction of synchronization faults in SDH, SONET, PDH and T-Carrier networks. General purpose tests (BERT, Overhead analysis, etc.) are also possible. Its small size, light weight and extended autonomy make it an ideal solution for field work.
