The configuration includes all the digital, analog and RF capability -- including 64 digital pins, and the RF Measurement Suite with the RFIC I/Q analog option -- required for quad-site test of all devices in a wireless radio, from an LNA chip to today's highly integrated, zero IF RF transceivers.
