TestCON2000 software verifies your hardware design and manufacturability. Individual parameters can be tested across a specified range for the entire test profile using the Advanced Equipment Parameters. Or, if only a specific test needs to be performed across a range, the Advanced Test Parameter can be utilized. All test cases are fully automated allowing for un-attended execution. Upon completing the test suite, a comprehensive report is automatically generated.
