TTL
The ICX digital test interface VXI card is an intelligent digital interface capable of supporting development and validation testing. The ICX has on-board field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) to support bus emulation, protocol simulation, test algorithm generation and other data conversion functions. The ICX VXI card supports 1-3 daughtercard modules that can be selected based on specific test requirements. The ICX TTL module supports up to 64 TTL compatible channels. Each FPGA has direct acess to 32 I/O channels. Each channel can be software set to be an input, output, or tri-state on a per pin basis. Up to 192 TTL channels can be supported per VXI slot, 2,112 per VXI chassis.
