TLT-1000 (TFT-LCD Tester)

After TFT forming, it is able to quickly detect line faults, pixel faults and Cs leakages by electrically testing all pixels with TLT-1000. As a result of testing, the process could be correctly controlled not to escape the inferior arrays to the post process. TLT-1000 immediately contributes to the reduction of costs and to improve yields in manufacturing of VGAs, SXGAs, including the AV panels.
