TL5140 - T-3 Dechannelizer
The Telinc TL5140 T-3 Dechannelizer can select and breakout any four of twenty-eight T-1 channels on a channelized T-3 facility. It can monitor both the transmit and receive path of the T-3 facility simultaneously and provide two transmit pairs out each of the four T-1 ports. Both T-3 Monitor ports on the unit are designed to access the T-3 transmit and receive signals through a DSX3 patch panel. The TL5140 T-3 Dechannelizer includes a 20 dB amplifier on each of the T-3 Monitor ports which enables the unit to amplify and recover the attenuated signals. A built-in cross-connect switch enables the selection of any four of the 28 T-1 channels. No configuration is necessary since the TL5140 automatically detects whether the T-3 facilities are provisioned for M13 or C-Bit.
