The Sync CHIP Tester (p/n INN-8558-9) is perfect for testing SDRAM individual TSOP chips with 44, 50 and 54 pins. It uses a test engine similar to the one employed by the Sync DIMMCHECK 168 to achieve true 133MHz testing of your SDRAM chips.
