STAR Memory System

The STAR Memory system (SMS) provides cost-effective embedding, on-chip testing and repair of multi-megabit memories. The system includes High Speed, High Density and Low Power memories to address the unique needs of SoC designers. SMS consist of one or more STAR (repairable) memories and/or ASAP memories, one or more STAR (self-test and repair) processors, one fuse box for each STAR processor.
