SMX2064 7-1/2 Digit PXI DMM
The SMX2064 is a fast full-featured 7-1/2 digit PXI/cPCI DMM with 24,000,000 counts dynamic range, and resolution down to 10nV. The SMX2064 functionality includes 6-wire Ohm measurement, inductance and capacitance measurements ( LCR ), frequency and time measurements, thermocouple and RTD measurements, and V/I sourcing. The SMX2064 features extended DC current measurement ranges, leakage measurements, and built-in Function generator.
