SMX2044 6-1/2 Digit LCR PXI DMM
6-1/2 Digit, Multi-function, LCR, Digital Multimeter (DMM) for PXI/cPCI. Measures DC Voltage, DC Current, AC Volts (RMS), AC Current (RMS), 2-wire Ohm, 4-wire Ohm. The SMX2044 also measures capacitance and inductance, and provides voltage and current sourcing. In addition the SMX2044 measures temperature using thermocouple sensors and RTDs, provides timing generation and measurement, and measures leakage level currents.
