SMX2042 6-1/2 Digit PXI DMM

6-1/2 Digit Multi-function Digital Multimeter (DMM) for PXI/cPCI. It measures DC Voltage, DC Current, AC Voltage (RMS), AC Current (RMS), 2-wire Ohm, 4-wire Ohm. In addition the SMX2042 measures temperature using thermocouple sensors and RTDs. The SMX2042 also measures capacitance, and includes timing generation and measurement.
