SKY77500
The SKY77500 Tx/Rx FEM is a complete transmit VCO-to-Antenna and Antenna-to-receive SAW filter solution for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, and PCS1900. Also supporting Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation, the module consists of GSM and DCS/PCS PA blocks, impedance-matched input/output for 50 ohms, TX harmonics filtering, high linearity and low insertion loss PHEMT RF switches, diplexer, and PAC block with internal current-sense resistor. Three external pins control transmit and receive RF signal flow and band selection.
