SKY77324
The SKY77324 PAM is designed for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, PCS1900, and Class 12 General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) multi-slot operation. The module includes separate GSM850/900 and DCS1800/PCS1900 HBT PA blocks on a single GaAs die: one for GSM850/900 bands, the other for DCS1800 and PCS1900 bands. A custom CMOS IC provides a PAC block with an internal current-sense resistor, interface circuitry.
