SKY77316 PA, designed for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 operation, also supports Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation. It consists of separate GSM850/900 and DCS1800/PCS1900 PA blocks, a PA control block, and input/output ports internally matched to 50 ohms impedance. Extremely low leakage current (10 µA, typical) maximizes handset standby time.
