SKY77152
SKY77152 PAM, a fully matched surface mount module for WCDMA, packs full coverage of the 19201980 MHz bandwidth into a single compact package. It meets stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA transmission with high PAE and improves efficiency for the low RF power range. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, including on-board bias circuitry, input and interstage matching circuits. Output match within the module package optimizes efficiency and power into a 50-ohm load. Skyworks GaAs HBT process provides for all positive voltage DC supply operation and maintains high efficiency and good linearity.
