SKY77148 PAM is a fully matched surface mount module for CDMA2000 handset and WLL applications. with full 450460 MHz bandwidth coverage. It meets the stringent CDMA2000 linearity requirements to and exceeding 29 dBm output power. Output match, realized off-chip within the package, optimizes efficiency and power performance into a 50 ohms load. Skyworks GaAs HBT process provides all positive voltage DC supply operation and maintains high efficiency and good linearity. See Product Summary for details.
