SKY65004
The SKY65004 is a high performance, ultra-wideband amplifier with superior output power, linearity, and efficiency. The device uses low-cost, Surface-Mount Technology in the form of an SOT package, which allows for a highly manufacturable low-cost solution. The high linearity and superior ACPR/ACLR performance of the SKY65004 make it ideal for use in the driver stage of infrastructure transmit chains.
