Remote Test Stations for the MAX (RTMs)

Remote Test Stations enable personnel to test boards, devices and programs under ambient temperature conditions. The MAX Remote Test Stations (RTMs) can accommodate a Pattern Generator Board, a Driver Board and a BIB. As with the Burn-in Station, the Remote Test Station includes a Local Controller.
