RSG 3000 - Reference Spectrum Generator 1 MHz to 6 GHz

The RSG 3000 is a reference generator for the frequency range from 1 MHz to 6 GHz. The comb generator is supplied by a high stability temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) and generates a frequency spectrum with a line spacing of 10 MHz, 5 MHz or 1 MHz
