RS23603
The RS23603 RF transceiver is part of the Skyworks PHS chipset, which also includes the RS21101 baseband processor, RS21501 IF transceiver, and RS23301 HBT power amplifier. The RS23603 is a low-current, IF to RF and RF to IF converter.
