RS23301
The RS23301 HBT power amplifier is part of the Skyworks PHS chipset, which also includes the RS21101 baseband processor, RS21501 IF transceiver, and RS23603 RF transceiver. The RS23301 typically consumes 130 mA at 3.4 V and provides an unconditionally stable design that removes the need to follow the PA with an RF isolator. The RS23301 offers excellent linearity and compression performance at a nominal output power of +21 dBm.
