RCDM3 Charged Device Model Test System
An automated, robotic charged device model ESD test system using either Direct Charge or Field Charge method, the RCDM3 tests devices of any configuration or geometry. Producing 'Real-World' CDM events, the RCDM3 provides positioning accuracy of 0.01mm. Consistent test head speeds, ground plane proximity and time between charge/discharge events assure uniform test results.
