Pneumatic Test Fixture
Pneumatic Test Fixture up to 600 Contact Pins, Fixture Type 40 - This universal exchange fixture with pneumatic retention is used for up to 600 contact pins and offers two pressure stages for InCircuit and Functional test. The retention box comes with 12 retention pins 10 x 45 mm mounted to 4 receiver profiles. The exchange plate is only inserted and can easily be changed for a box for solder defects or polarity test. This makes this fixture system so cost-effective. The complete retention unit can be opened so that there is optimum access to the exchange box from below (see picture type 42).
