STATS'' Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC) is a leadframe based, plastic encapsulated package with J-shaped leads that tuck under the package body. Available in three popular pin counts of 44, 68 and 84 to meet the requirements of most target applications, the PLCC allows customers to address established market niches where low cost and high reliablity are key considerations.
