Plasma Emission Monitors
Plasma is said to be the 4th state of matter (solid, liquid, gas, plasma). StellarNet provides low cost fiber optic spectrometers that are configured for plasma detection in the UV, VIS, and NIR ranges. Multi-channel monitors may be constructed by attaching additional optical channels. All channels can monitor the same or different plasma viewpoint, using specific types of fiber optic fixturing. For example a circular fiber bundle could be focused at a certain distance from the plasma, and then routed individually to separate spectrometer channels
