The Paragon is a multi-capability ESD and Latch-up test system for testing advanced integrated circuits. The Paragon system allows users to test devices from 256 pins up to 1024 pins. With such a broad pin count range, users are given the opportunity to test both simple and complex components, such as system-on-chip devices, using one test system.
