PXA270 - Intel XScale Development Board

GAO PXA270 XScale Development Board is based on Intel?s XScale PXA270 processor. There is CPU, 128MB SDRAM, 64 MB Flash, 1 10/100M Ethernet interface, 1 MMC interface, 1 PCMCIA interface, 1 audio I/O, 1 320x240 TFT LCD interface, TOUCH, CPLD programmable, 1 JTAG interface and 1 bus. Users have the freedom to develop the board with their own applications.
