PAM Matrix Module
Picoampere Measurement Module - The PAM is a superset of the CPM, providing a low leakage node connected to a feedback ammeter which consists of an electrometer class of amplifiers. Measures current over four ranges having full-scale values of 100pA, 1nA, 10nA, and 100nA. Analog cabling used to connect PAM pins to the DUT is designed to optimize for minimum triboelectric noise. Reedholm low current probe cards are built with multi-layer techniques that completely guard signal traces against surface and bulk leakage currents and provide much lower dielectric absorption effects allowing faster measurements with better accuracy.
