Optische Signalerfassung OSE - EMV-Sensoren
The EMC sensors convert the digital signals of an electronic module into light signals. They are connected to an optical receiver or the SGZ 21 pulse rate generator via optical fibre (plastic optical fibre with a diameter of 2.2 mm and a length of 20 m max.). The sensors are used to measure an EUT's signals without any interactions during burst or ESD examinations.
