NI MXI-4 Academic Bundle
For Controlling a 3-Slot PXI System from a PC with LabVIEW - The National Instruments MXI-4 Academic Bundle gives your desktop PC direct control of a PXI system via a transparent hardware and software link with a 1.5 Gb/s high-speed serial link. Because MXI-4 is a transparent architecture using standard PCI-to-PCI bridging technology, it functions independent of the OS and requires no special programming. The bundle consists of LabVIEW, the PXI-PCI8336, and a PXI-1031 4-slot PXI chassis. You will have three slots available to add PXI and CompactPCI modules.
