Model Shakers

GW has designed a special series of shakers for use in testing structures when the axial stiffness is required to be very low. When these modal shakers are driven in a constant current mode both mechanical and electrical damping are reduced to virtually zero and the phase shift between amplifier current and output force will be reduced to typically less than 1%.
