Designed for Rugged Operation. 35kV & 45kV Megohmeter. DC Hipot to 45kV. The VON B-.35 and B-.45 are designed to be the most reliable 35 and 45kV testers available. They can be used to test cable, vacuum bottles, bushings, or anything that can be tested with DC voltage. Units can be operated off of 120V AC or 12V DC with the optional inverter and a light, easily portable design makes no job site too remote.
