Model 6670 Visual Test System
The ESI Model 6670 Visual Test System provides automatic testing and sorting of surface-mount passive array components including MLCC, ferrite bead, varistors, and filters. Two machine configurations are offered: Four or six sides of the chip are inspected and sorted against preset limits in up to five categories (bins) based on test results.
