Model 243B
The Trig-Tek, Inc. Model 243B Single Element Strain Gage Amplifier is designed to be used where rugged instrumentation is required, such as field measurements of vibration, shock or strain in extreme environments using a single element strain gage. The gain is fixed at pC gain of 100.. The output noise referred to the input, is less than 20 μ Volts. The unit can be configured for an external REFERENCE E resistor. Because the balance range is affected by the match of the internal Reference resistor and the resistance of the RTD or gage element, the proper value for the internal Reference resistor must be determined at the time of ordering. The three standard strain gage resistance values can be ordered by model numbers; other values will require a special model number.
