Model 2001A-C
The Trig-Tek Model 2001A Vibration Controller is designed to provide either sine (S), random (R), or reference calibration (C) control as excitation for electrodynamic and hydraulic shaker systems. The system has up to 4-channels to monitor up to four sensors simultaneously. The control in the sine mode can be broken into 28 frequency segments to provide a particular vibration profile. System control levels of up to 100 g peak, 100 IPS peak, or 1000 mils pk-pk can be programmed. A wide variety of sweep rates from 0.001 to 100 Hz/sec or Oct/min are available Manual fixed compression rate from 1 to 500 dB/sec or automatic compression when the compression rate is varied as dB/sec/Hz can be selected. Either a manual or automatic compression rate can be programmed fro each signal. Upper and lower alarm and abort levels are provided for each segment to either alarm the operator that a vibration level is outside the allowable limits, or to automatically provide a soft shutdown for the system. The system has an internal calibrator which is used to calibrate all the channels.
