Model 10,300B Programmable Pulse Generator
The Model 10,300A produces 50 V pulses with 300 ps risetime and duration adjustable from 1 to 100 ns. Pulse amplitude is adjustable from 4 mV to 50 V using the internal step attenuator. Baseline offset can be set from -5 V to +5 V.
