MegaTrace - High-Pin Count Latchup Tester and DC Parametric System
The MegaTrace was built upon the foundations already laid by the original MultiTrace System, hence it has all the capabilities of the original MultiTrace System with increased infrastructure that allows additional capabilities in the future such as an 8 bus switch matrix, higher voltages and currents, and pin-drivers for vectoring.
