Maxwell intelligentally emulates real-world networks under adverse conditions, through network, protocol, and payload impairments. These capabilities are imperative for realistic testing of network-based applications and devices:
• At the network level, Maxwell can introduce standard impairments, such as drop, jitter, delay, re-order.
• At the protocol level, Maxwell can intercept and change the characteristics of the protocol based on criteria, other network flows and other events.
