Our Jacksonville, FL manufacturing facility is in full compliance with the requirements of Quality Specification MIL-I-45208 and the quality systems specified in ISO 9001. We have the ability to respond to your requirements for production and prototype units. Our assembly personnel are continually trained and monitored to produce consistent high quality products. We are experts in point-to-point wiring, wire harness assembly, cable assembly, mechanical assembly, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) surface mount technology component insertion and removal, CCA soldering and rework / repair, electrostatic control and conformable coating application and removal.
