Manual Test Fixture up to 550 Standard Contact Pins, Fixture Type 42 - This manual universal fixture is used for a maximum of 550 contact pins. As its pull is on ball-bearings and because of its lever it requires little effort for high pressure force. As the lower universal exchange plate can be changed easily, you only need another plate for a new test fixture. This is why our fixture system is so cost-effective. The upper retention exchange box (incl. 12 retention pins 10 x 45 mm, mounted to four receiver profiles) can easily be exchanged for another box for the universal fixture or for a box for solder defects or polarity test. The complete retention unit can be opened so that there is optimum access to the exchange box from below (see picture).
