MK-617A Wide Band Flutter Meter

The MK-617A is a wideband FM demodulator covering the frequency range of 10Hz to 1MHz. It is capable of wow and flutter measurements on audio and video tape recorders, record players and cine-film equipment. In addition, with use of an rpm transducer, rotational variations in phonomotors and other small motors can be readily measured.
