Reduce the cost and size of your system, and increase its performance all at once. MicroE Systems’ Mercury 3100V vacuum-compatible kit encoders are smaller, higher performance, faster to install, and easier to use than any other vacuum encoder. The sensor is vented and all materials are vacuum compatible, rated to 10 -8 Torr with negligible outgassing. Bare leads are standard. Ideal for very tight spaces, the M3100V has broad alignment tolerances for fast, easy setup. And it works in both linear and rotary applications. The Mercury 3100V encoder system can also be installed as an EMI shielded system.
